The actress shocked fans when she debuted a dramatic new pixie cut in a photo uploaded to her Facebook page last Wednesday.

“It grew to an awkward gross length, and I kept putting it back and I was like 'I don't want to this , ' so I just cut it off,' Lawrence said in a Tumblr Q & A and sit-down with Yahoo CEO Marissa Mayer.

Rob Ford caught on video

Toronto mayor Rob Ford has beed caught on video in an impaired rent saying he is going to kill someone and 'rip his f---ing throat out.”

Ford slurs his words as he staggers around an unknown dining room , apparently high, ranting gibberish and gesticulating wildly.

“I'm gonna kill that f---ing guy. I'm telling you , it's first degree murder,” Ford rages as someone in the room secretly uses a cellphone to film the chief magistrate addled tirade.

Moments after the Star published the video online, Ford emerged from his office and apologized.

“The Toronto Star just released a video the I was very very inebriated.”

“All I can say is , again, I've made mistakes , I just wanted to come out to tell you I saw a video . It's extremely embarassing . The whole world's going to see it. You know what ? I don't have a problem with that.”

“I hope none of you have ever or will ever be in that state. Obviously , I was extremely , extremely inebriated.”

Lingerie-clad Selena Gomez hits back at singer Lorde

Lorde recently dressed her song Come And Get It, accusing it of being 'anti-feminist' and sending a bad message to fans.

And Selena Gomez is certainly not taking the teen's comments lying down slamming the 17-year-old in return.

Speaking of Flaunt magazine, the 21-year-old took a swing at the Royals star, saying she would no longer be covering her hit song in any of her shows.

Commenting on her remarks, Selena said. 'That not feminism. [Lorde is] not supporting other women. That's my honest opinion, that's what I would say to her if I saw her , ' she said.

'Sons of Anarchy' season 6 episode recap

When they said that secrets would be revealed in tonight’s episode, they were certainly not kidding. If I had to choose one word to describe tonight’s episode, it would be ‘Wow.’ There is no sense beating around the bush, so let’s just get to it. Let’s take a closer look at tonight’s episode of Sons of Anarchy entitled ‘John 8:32’.

In the last episode we saw Jax pour his heart out to Tara, essentially begging her to let him back inside. I think it is safe to say that this is not going to happen. While she doesn’t say anything outright rude or obstructive to him, you can tell that she is putting some major distance between them. Jax can see it as well.

When Jax hears Thomas crying, he goes and picks him up and gives him his bottle. This is when Tara shows up. She takes Thomas and begins feeding him at the table.

Jax sits at the table with her and opens up to her about everything going on in the club right now, including the situation with Clay, the Irish, and the guns.

He tells her that he spent all night trying to figure out how to help her with these charges, but she tells him that he can’t. He tells her that the one thing he can do is be honest with her, which he hasn’t.

Democrat McAuliffe narrowly wins Virginia governor's race

Democratic businessman Terry McAuliffe defeated Republican Ken Cuccinelli to become Virginia's next governor after a contentious race that was closer than many political watchers anticipated.

With nearly all the votes tallied late Tuesday, McAuliffe edged out Cuccinelli by about two percentage points, with libertarian Robert Sarvis receiving around seven percent of the vote as a third-party candidate.

In his victory speech Tuesday night, McAuliffe pledged – in a show of bipartisanship - to reach out to every Republican in the state assembly before taking office.

Rob Ford rack scandal

Toronto Mayor Rob Ford finally admitted Tuesday he has used crack cocaine, five months after news reports surfaced that he was caught on video purportedly smoking from a crack pipe.

Whether Ford had used the illegal drug was a key question in the video scandal surrounding the mayor of Canada's largest city. But numerous other questions remain unanswered, including: 

On May 16, U.S. gossip website Gawker.com and the Toronto Star published stories about a video allegedly showing the mayor smoking from a crack pipe. Both media outlets said the video was being shopped around by an unnamed source.

A photo was distributed to both media outlets showing the mayor alongside Smith, who was shot and killed on March 28. Two other men in the photo were subsequently arrested in a series of predawn police raids targeting guns and gangs in the city's west end.

The photo is believed to have been taken outside 15 Windsor Rd., a building police suspect was a crack house and where Fabio and Elaine Basso reside. Fabio is Ford's friend.
