  2. On the left side of the curve , put a black dot, on the right curve put another black dot.
  3. Point your nose from one dot to another , from side to side until the “O” seems to shuttle out of the way as you go from the dot to another.

50 Fairness tips on how to get fair skin naturally.


Many people want to have a fair face for enhancing their beauty but only few are blessed to have a really fair complexion. I want to share some good news to all of you there, you can still have a fair skin without spending lot's of money. The only thing you need is to buy a good sunscreen protection that contains (SPF 30+) before stepping out of home and when you are at home always apply sun block that contains (SPF 15). And also you can have fair skin by the use of natural products that are available in your own kitchen. Here are some tips for getting fair skin in a natural way and remember you need to use a good sunblock.
1. Scrub a half of lemon on your face daily to lighten your skin tone. Lemon is an excellent bleaching agent, and it is very helpful in ironing out the blemishes of the face. Try this home remedy for getting fair skin at home.
2. Squeeze a juice of potato in a bowl, and apply this on your skin to bleach your face. Your skin's will get fair gradually after using this home remedy .
3. Use tomato mashed tomato pulp on your skin to give a pinkish glow to your skin. Tomato is very good for giving you fair skin tone . Home remedy of tomato also absorbs excess oil of your face to treat open pores of your face.

10 ways to overcome stress








Stress can sneak into your life and turn it upside down. It can wreck your career , health or your relationships. Stress is a major problem of many people, a hectic schedule , stressful jobs, a chaotic home life, bills to worry about, and bad habits such as unhealthy eating , drinking and smoking can lead to a mountain of stress.
Here are some ways to overcome some stress just pick and choose the ones that will work best for you and give them a try.


Focus as much as possible on doing one thing at a time.

Hectic schedule is a major cause of stress. Simplify by reducing the number of commitments in your life to just the essential ones.


Do something each day to be active – walk , hike , play a sport, go for a run , do yoga, it doesn't have to be grueling to reduce stress.


Other than getting active, improving your health overall will help with the stress.


What do you enjoy that calms down? For many people, it can be the “get moving” activity discussed above. But it could also be taking a nap, or a bath, or reading, or having sex (which can also be considered a “get moving” activity if you do it for longer than 5 minutes). Other people are calmed by housework or yard work. Some people like to meditate, or take a nature walk. Find your calming activity and try to do it each day.


Finances can be a drain on your energy and a major stressor. If that’s true with you, figure out ways to simplify things. Automate savings and bill payments and debt payments.


Have fun each day, even if it’s just for a few minutes.


Throwing yourself into a creative activity is another great way to de-stress and to
prevent stress.


This is a favorite of mine. I like to take 20-30 minutes and just go through a room, getting rid of stuff we don’t use or need anymore.


Being late can be very stressful. Try to leave earlier by getting ready earlier, or by scheduling more space between events.

How to lose Weight Fast?






Working on weight loss then you want results fast? You can safely lose 3 or more pounds a week at home with a healthy diet and lots of exercise.


If you burn 500 more calories than you eat every day for a week, you should lose about 1-2 pounds.If you want to lose weight faster, you'll need to eat less and exercise more.

Why do people get sick during summer?





Summer is near and we all know that many of us can get sick during this time. You get sick because of a combination of factors:


-Change of venue – like travelling to a new city
-Cramped public spaces – airplanes , buses , subways , classrooms
-Parties – especially with lots of handshaking and other touching
-Being around new people or else friends and family who are sick.


-Lack of sleep
-A period of high stress
-Poor nutrition
-Allergies
-A breakup or other difficult personal situation
-Travel , moving , trips
-Other illness

Transition periods, such as the end of a school year , are very common times to get sick because so many stresses and changes are in play. Take note that weather plays almost no role in catching cold, other than whatever influence it has on the likelihood that you are indoors in cramped spaces.
