Is it time to shut the only women's prison in Israel?

Ninetypercent of the inmates at Neve Tirza were sexually abused as children and there is a recidivism rate of 70 percent. 

Haaretz visits the jail to see if rehabilitation is possible there.

She was recently discharged from the NeveTirza prison and is presently living in a rehabilitative hostel for former female prisoners.
