If
she's not the most evil Disney villain of all time. Maleficent
certainly casts the most haunting silhouette. The nefarious sorceres
from Sleeping Beauty with the memorable horns never got to tell her
side of the story in Disney's 1959 animated classic, but in
Maleficent starring Angelina Jolie audiences will learn what caused
her to curse the king's daughter.
In
the first trailer for the movie , which opens May 30, Maleficent
might even have a soft spot for the beautiful princess (Elle Fanning)
Or at least the young blonde is under that impression: “ I know who
you are ,” says princess Aurora, during the forest
encounter.”You've been watching over me my whole life”.
