Kim told People magazine’s Nov. 4 issue that she had lost 43 pounds since giving birth in June. “This was the biggest challenge of my life, and I still have some to go, but I feel so accomplished that I did this,” she said.

She tweeted that she was following the low-carb Atkins diet to shed the pounds.

A shocking new report in Life & Stylemagazine claims Kim has been sneaking in to see Dr. Simon Ourian, a plastic surgeon based in Beverly Hills at the Epione clinic. They report that she gets fillers, stretch mark treatments and a fat-reducing ultrasound treatment on her stomach, which can cost up to $5,000 per treatment.

“Kim is desperate to be sexy again,” a source tells the magazine. “She wants to go back to the way things were before North was both. She loves her daughter, but she loves herself and her image a lot, too.”

The mag reports that Kim was with Dr. Ourian on Nov. 13 and a pal spills that she “is obsessed with him.” Kim’s rep told Life & Style that she does not see that doctor.
