The
MegaMillions jackpot rose to $400 million after no one matched the
lucky numbers on the December 10 drawing.
In
fact, no one has won the Mega Millions since the lottery game
underwent
a formatting change in
October that significantly altered the odds of taking home the grand
prize.
“It
has been getting way crazier now the day of the drawings,” Beer
Depot store manager Adi Dalibi said.
“Once
it hits a certain amount it just goes up and up and up. Same with the
PowerBall. People start making office pools and buying just a huge
